TopBrandOutlet is a UK-based marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. We are not the seller of record for items you purchase — your contract for the goods is with the seller listed on the product page. We are responsible for the platform, payment processing, and dispute resolution.

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to place an order. Sellers must be registered businesses (sole trader, Ltd or LLP) with the appropriate HMRC registrations.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or appear to be involved in fraud.

Delivery is provided by the seller using the carriers shown at checkout. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you generally have 14 days from receipt to cancel a purchase made online. Each seller may offer a more generous policy — see the seller's storefront for their specific terms. To start a return, open your order in your account and choose "Request return". Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability for any single claim is limited to the price you paid for the order in question.

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be announced before they apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
